A Note of Thanks

Someone recently asked me who I write for.

The answer is simple: I write for you.

And for me.

I hope my readers say: I know just what she means!

Or: I thought I was the only one who felt that way!

Or: I needed that laugh today!

I want to make my readers feel, think, laugh, dream, hope and yes, even cry.

Sometimes, I want to make them angry enough to act. To change. To speak up.

I want them not to give up.

I want them to feel comfortable in the places I create.

It’s a way for me to escape sometimes. To NOT think.

Just imagine.

It’s me extending my hand to you to say I understand.

I can share secrets. And hopefully, identify with yours.

So you know you’re not alone.

It warms my heart to know that people in other countries hear my voice.

It’s my way of saying I’m no different than you.

We all hope for Peace.

We all want to be loved.

I consider you all my friends. I write for you.

The greatest compliment I ever got was: You touch my soul with your keyboard.

Whenever there’s no activity here and my spirits sink, I remind myself of that.

If just ONE person feels that way, my efforts aren’t wasted.

So, I hope you will continue to visit, and perhaps share with others.

And don't give up on me when my keyboard runs dry.

And with that, I thank you from the depths of my Soul.
